With over 30 years of experience in the affluent residential design and construction industry,
Thomas brings to every project an in-depth knowledge of the design approach as well as the technical excellence of construction techniques and assemblies necessary to create a gracious home.
Thomas Stalzer's passion for traditional architecture began under preeminent New York City architect Costas Kondylis & Partners where he focused his professional career on high-end residential design. His responsibility as a project manager at Costas Kondylis & Partners included working with prominent architect Skidmore, Owings & Merrill on the residential conversion of the historic NYC landmark The Woolworth Building.
He looked to diversify his high-end experience by joining DiBiase Filkoff Architects in Bedford, New York and then on to Mark P. Finlay Architects in Southport, CT where he refined his approach on single family homes by integrating old world charm with modern conveniences of today....
A timeless design with relaxed elegance.
Projects included custom residential homes over 10,000 square feet along the east coast from Kiawah Island, SC to Stratton, Vermont and numerous other renovations locally in Fairfield County, Litchfield county, Westchester county, dutchess county, and New London county.
Thomas received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York School of Architecture, NYIT and is a member of the AIA. Thomas lives in Rowayton, CT, Fairfield County, USA, with his wife and two sons where he is an active board member of the Rowayton Little League.
